Summers Estate uses the best in secure server technology for all transactions on the site. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. In addition, all of your customer data is protected against unauthorized access.
Summers Estate Wines promises not to sell, give, lend or otherwise distribute your personal information without your permission to any other company or association that is not part of the processing or shipping of your wine order.

Refund Policy
Our refund policy is on a case-by-case basis. All sales are final, product can be returned only if the wine is corked and the bottle is returned for our analysis. We can replace the bottle or refund the customer at our discretion.
Shipping Policy
Extreme weather conditions can affect your wine. Please keep in mind that Summers Estate Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions. If you live in an area where the current average temperature is near freezing in Winter or above 75 degrees in Summer we strongly suggest you select either Temp Control Shipping (ground shipping in a refrigerated truck to distribution center and then placed on non-refrigerated UPS truck for final delivery), or 2-Day shipping and that you ship your order to a business address or a UPS/FedEx Center. Please be sure that an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipment when it arrives on the scheduled day. Delivery times do vary for both FedEx and UPS and we are not able to request specific delivery time frames. If you are experiencing extreme temperatures now, but would still like to order Summers wines, you may proceed with your order and request that your shipment is held until cooler temperatures prevail.

Wine Club Polices
To new members, welcome to our Bacchus and Bocce Wine Club. We are excited to share our wines and offer exclusive benefits to our wine club members. We would like you to get the most out of your membership, so please take a moment to review our policies below:
Club membership is free, however, all members must be 21 years of age or older to join and participate in Summers’ Bacchus & Bocce Wine Club.
All Bacchus and Bocce communications are sent by email. One month prior to receiving your shipment an email notification will be sent alerting you of the contents of your wine club shipment. Please be sure to keep your email address on file current, and add Summers Estate Wines' email address to your unfiltered folder ensuring you receive all club-related notifications.
Members are responsible for notifying the winery of any changes to billing/shipping information at least two weeks prior to any shipment.
Members shipping their wine club orders must receive their shipments in one of the states listed above under Shipping Policies.
Wine club deliveries require a signature by someone 21 years of age or older. Re-shipment of failed deliveries will incur additional shipping charges for all members.
Will Call Members will be notified by email when your club order is available for pick up in our tasting room. Storage of will call orders are not to exceed more than two shipments at any given time.
Due to the amazing discounts you will be receiving through our wine club, we request that you commit to one year as a club member in the Summers Bacchus & Bocce Wine Club.
